  • Open Hand Chef Spotlight: An Artisan Pasta Experience

    Please join us on November 18th at 6:30 PM for the second annual Chef Spotlight Dinner hosted in Open Hand's teaching kitchen, featuring Osteria Mattone's Chef Laura Orellana. 
    Enjoy a fun evening with friends as try your hand at making fresh pasta while enjoying delicious wines poured by sommelier Daniel Pernice. Chef Orellana and Osteria's talented pasta maker will conduct a hands-on pasta making demonstration so be ready to roll up your sleeves and join in! After learning the ins and outs of pasta, sit down and enjoy a 3-course chef-prepared meal, straight from Roswell's Osteria Mattone.
