Famous Finds Consignment Event

For over 3 decades, Open Hand has  been serving food-insecure, low-income, and chronically ill individuals by providing access to nutritious, health-promoting meals at no cost to the recipient.  Of those Open Hand serves, 99.7% are low-income and live at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. While these past few years have been challenging for us all, it has been especially difficult for those who suffered from food-insecurity, underlying health conditions and poverty before the COVID crisis even began. Open Hand produces 5,000 meals per day to serve these vulnerable individuals and families throughout the community, to ensure that no client goes without a nutritious meal delivered right to their doorstep. 

Every day Open Hand Atlanta fulfills the most basic need for thousands of low-income, chronically ill individuals.
